Passumo costs $59 a month, or $590 a year, which works out at about $49 a month. There is one plan and every feature is in it. New accounts get a 14-day free trial, and a card is needed to start the trial. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time.

Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Paying for the year costs $590, which works out at about $49 a month, so you get two months free. Nothing else changes between the two.

What if you have more than one shop?
The plan covers one location. Each shop after that is $25 a month, and brings its own QR code, its own staff PIN and its own share of the messaging allowance. Members are shared across all of them, so a card earned in one shop works in the rest, while your numbers stay split by branch.

How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days, with everything switched on. A card is needed to start it, and the plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged at all. Getting set up is the part that needs no card: we build your program and send your invite before any of this comes up.
What happens if you send more email or SMS than the plan includes?
The send trims to fit rather than failing. Your campaign goes out to everyone there is room for, the rest are logged as skipped, and the number shows in that campaign's funnel so you can see exactly who missed it. You are never billed for an overage. The allowance resets on the first of each calendar month, UTC, at 5,000 emails and 250 SMS segments.
Do you pay more as you get more customers?
No. Customers, wallet passes, card programs and push notifications are all unlimited, so a card that goes from 200 members to 2,000 costs exactly the same. The only thing priced per unit is an extra shop.
What is not included?
The short list, so none of it is a surprise later.
- Email or SMS beyond the monthly allowance. A send trims to fit rather than billing you for the overage.
- POS and payment integrations. Passumo runs alongside your till rather than through it.
- Bulk import of an existing customer list.
- Scheduling a campaign for later. Campaigns send now; automations are what send on their own.
